Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a block of rooms reserved at a discounted rate at the Holiday Inn & Express Edmonton SW - Windermere (6125 Andrews Loop SW, Edmonton). Rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. To book, please call the hotel at 1-780-249-9600 and mention "Keltyn & Rhiane Wedding" or book online using the Group Code: KRE Please reserve your room by May 16, 2025!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel and venue?

Answer

Our hotel does not provide shuttle transportation to or from our venue. However, Ubers and taxis are accessible in the area which we recommend. There is free parking available at the venue and, if needed, guests are permitted to leave vehicles at the venue overnight. Any vehicles left overnight must be removed by 12:00pm the following day (Sunday, June 15).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30, so we recommend arriving at least 20-30 minutes before the ceremony begins.

Although we love your little ones, we kindly request this be an adults-only celebration.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

We are so happy you'll be joining us on our special day, which is the greatest gift of all. While gifts are not necessary, a cash contribution towards our honeymoon would be graciously appreciated.

What should I wear?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to wear semi-formal/cocktail attire. We are planning for an outdoor ceremony, so dress for the weather that day.
