There are two sides to every story, long story short Kelsye "made" the first move. One weekend while Kelsye was visiting family in Anderson, Xavier asked her out on a date (which they both note as their most memorable date) that included a night of ice cream (their favorite dessert) and walking Falls Park. They've been inseperable ever since!
It was the day after Kelsye's birthday & the plan was to celebrate over a nice dinner with family & friends like they do every year. Before dinner Kelsye's mother insisted on taking photos downtown on the Riverwalk (it was 90 degrees that day! Let's just say Kelsye was NOT too happy about that..) once they got closer to the water fountain Kelsye recalls feeling like she was walking alone. When she looked over there Xavier was down on one knee! She was speechless, she passionately said YES!
