Guests interested in the hotel block are able to book up until 6 weeks prior to the wedding at the Holiday Inn (last day will be 11/28/2025) and is a first come first serve basis. This hotel block is reserved for the check-in Friday, January 9th and check-out Sunday, January 11th. Additional hotels are listed below for those interested in booking on their own (guests may still book outside of the hotel block at Holiday Inn). **Shuttle Information** There will be a shuttle service provided to those staying here! The shuttle will run from the hotel to the reception venue only. Since the ceremony is at Saint Vincent, anyone choosing to use the shuttle will need to drive to the hotel after the ceremony in order to catch it. Because of this extra stop, you may miss about 15–20 minutes of the cocktail hour — and that’s completely okay! We just want to offer this as a convenient option for those who prefer not to drive later in the evening. The shuttle will be available throughout the night to take guests back to the hotel after the reception. Here are some helpful travel times to consider: Saint Vincent to Holiday Inn: ~28 minutes Holiday Inn to Stonehedge Lodge: ~12 minutes We hope this helps you plan your day!
