FAQs

If you have any questions other than what we've listed here, please reach out to our wedding planner, Charlsey Coats, at 501-358-8303. Thank you!
Question

What time should we arrive to the venue?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:00 pm to ensure everyone has settled into their seats before the ceremony starts.

Question

What should we wear?

Answer

To complement our theme, we kindly ask all guests to wear formal or semi-formal black attire - no tuxedos or gowns necessary. Thank you!

Question

Where do we park?

Answer

There is ample parking when you arrive including handicap parking. The driveway to the venue will take you straight to the parking lots. Bring an umbrella just in case of rain - it is a little bit of a walk from the regular parking lot.

Question

Deviceless Ceremony

Answer

Please turn off or silence devices upon arrival to the ceremony. We ask that guests let the photographer and videographer do what they do best. Please no photos or videos of your own during the ceremony. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can we leave our car overnight?

Answer

Yes! The venue allows overnight parking if you are unable to drive after the reception. Ride share options are available at this location.

Question

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Weather permitting - both! The ceremony and reception will be indoor but the cocktail hour is scheduled for the courtyard outside.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes, but that is completely up to you as the parent! If you'd like to have a fun, childless night, we will not oppose! Please plan accordingly, thank you!

Question

What happens if we are accidentally late to the ceremony?

Answer

No worries at all! If you arrive at 3:30 pm or later, please do not enter the chapel. You may enter the reception hall until the ceremony is over at 4:00 pm. You can then join us for bubbles and cocktail hour!

Question

RSVP DEADLINE

Answer

We please ask everyone to respond no later than July 1, 2026 to get a proper head count. If you miss our deadline, no worries, just please contact us as soon as you can.
