When should we arrive?

Sean and I will likely fly in 11/25 and plan on leaving 12/7. We would love to celebrate with you for as long as your schedule allows.

How do we get to Excellence Punta Cana from the airport?

Answer

All reservations include private transportation from the Punta Cana airport through Seasons. Please email transfers.domrep@seasonstours.com to schedule this. It is an approximate 45-60 minute ride.

What documents do we need to travel to Punta Cana?

Answer

1) Passport 2) You must fill out an E-ticket. Please go to this website : https://migracion.gob.do/ to start this. Please watch out for scam sites... this is FREE, so if they are trying to charge you, you are on the wrong site. You can fill this out anytime prior to your arrival. You can do your arrival and departure on the same E-ticket. If you make an error or it glitches, you can always submit a new one, it will override your previous application. Let us know if you have any questions.

As much as we love your littles, this is an adults only celebration. The Excellence Punta Cana is an adults only all inclusive resort.
