Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Guests may use the pools and spa facilities all day on the day of check-in.
5:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Attire: Come in sundresses, shorts - think cute, casual summer clothes. Don’t forget a swimsuit! There are dressing rooms at the pool (and guest rooms/cabins are nearby), so you’ll have a spot to change when you’re ready to swim.
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Attire: We kindly request that all guests come dressed in western chic or semi-formal or attire. Please wear comfortable shoes as the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on grass. The reception will follow and be indoors. We recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl (Colorado weather can be unpredictable!).
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Dinner will be from 6:00 - 7:00, followed by live music and dancing.
