FAQs

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

Cocktail or personal-style formal encouraged.

Question

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The venue is entirely indoors. However, weather permitting, the venue may open its garage doors for a semi-outdoor feel.

Question

Will a shuttle to and from the venue be provided?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be provided for guests traveling to and from the Renaissance Boulder Flatiron Hotel. Shuttles will depart the hotel at 2:00 p.m. MT for the ceremony. Beginning at 8:00 p.m. MT, a rotating shuttle will run between the venue and the hotel throughout the reception. The final departures back to the hotel will be at 10:15 p.m. MT.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

If you’re not taking the shuttle, we recommend arriving 15–30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time to park, find your seat, and get settled before the festivities begin. Nora’s Speakeasy (located in the basement of The Simon) will be open from 1:45–2:45 p.m. with a cash bar available for anyone who’d like to stop by before the ceremony.

Question

Will there be a place to park at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available near the venue. Please view the parking notes in the "Travel" tab of our website to learn more.

Question

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

This will be an adults-only celebration unless your child was specifically included on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we’ll ensure your needs are accommodated.

Question

Who can I contact with additional questions?

Answer

Please reach out to Ari (1-224-622-1291) or Kelsie (1-847-514-9792).
