What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

We are still working through our day of schedule. Please check back sooner to the wedding!

What is the dress code?
Answer
Black tie optional. Please wear a suit and tie or tux for men. Formal floor length or below the knee dresses are appropriate for women. Please avoid burgundy and berry as the bridesmaids will be wearing these colors to let them stand out.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us.

Are my children invited?

Kindly note that our wedding will be an adults only event. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Will I receive a plus one?
Answer
We are only able to accommodate those who are formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP online.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
There will be an open bar at the cocktail hour and reception.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Answer
The ceremony will be outside. The cocktail hour will be indoor / outdoor. The reception will be inside. It can get chilly at night, so please bring a light jacket.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes there is a parking lot at the venue. There will also be shuttle buses provided to the venue from both hotel blocks.

Is there rideshare available to / from the venue?
Answer
No rideshare availability is very limited in the area. We recommend taking the provided shuttle buses from the hotels.
Question
Is there parking or rideshare available for the welcome drinks on Friday?
Answer
Yes there is a large parking lot available. Rideshare services like Uber & Lyft are also available to/from downtown Leesburg (and the recommended hotels) to the event at Fleetwoods.
