CZM will be the easiest option as it is only a short ride from the resort and already on the island.

Cancun International Airport (CUN)
If you prefer to fly into Cancun or that is cheaper for you, Palace Resorts will coordinate transportation for you. It will be about 45 minutes to an hour car ride to the sister resort (Playacar Palace) in Playa del Carmen. From there you will walk a short distance (5 minutes) to the ferry. The resort will provide a ferry ticket for you and the ferry ride is about 45 minutes. At the ferry terminal in Cozumel, a Palace representative will get you a cab to the resort. The cab ride is about 5 minutes.
Travel Note
Transportation from Airport to Cozumel Palace
Once you have your flights booked, email transfercozumel@palaceresorts.com or transfercancun@palaceresorts.com, depending on your arrival airport, in order to book transportation from the airport to the resort. This is included in your stay if you are staying the 4 nights or more. This must be coordinated a minimum of two weeks in advance via e-mail. You will need your booking confirmation number, arrival date, airline, flight number, arrival time, and departure information.
