Friday evening at 4PM we'll be gathering with out-of-town guests at Formula Brewing in Issaquah. The first round of drinks are on us! It's a relaxed, fun space and a wonderful way to kick off the weekend together. Saturday, October 3rd — Our wedding takes place at The Barn at Trinity Tree Farm in Issaquah, about 17 miles east of Seattle (a 25–35 minute drive via I-90, traffic depending).

You have two great options depending on how you'd like to spend the weekend — Seattle or Issaquah. Both work beautifully; it just comes down to your priorities.

Be just minutes from the wedding venue with no Saturday traffic stress. Skip city driving entirely. Enjoy free parking and a relaxed, small-town feel. Issaquah is a charming town right off I-90. Having a car is recommended if you're staying here. Some recommended Issaquah hotels: Homewood Suites by Hilton Seattle–Issaquah — 1484 Hyla Ave NW The top pick in Issaquah with a 4.5-star rating. Spacious suites with kitchenettes, complimentary hot breakfast, a pool, and hot tub. Guests consistently rave about the friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Great for families or anyone wanting a little extra space. SpringHill Suites by Marriott Seattle Issaquah — 1185 NW Maple St Another excellent option with large, well-appointed suites and complimentary breakfast. Right off the freeway and close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Issaquah — 1800 NW Gilman Blvd A solid, full-service Hilton with an on-site restaurant. Note that this property has accessible rooms available — please contact the hotel directly to request one when booking.

Explore the city — incredible restaurants, coffee, waterfront views, and more. Ride the Link Light Rail directly from SeaTac Airport (no rental car needed!). We recommend staying in the downtown core — specifically near the Westlake or University Street Light Rail stations, which are the most convenient and well-connected stops in the city. Note: Many Seattle hotels charge for parking. If you're driving, check before you book. Some recommended Seattle hotels: Hilton Motif Seattle — 1415 5th Ave Stylish and centrally located, just a short walk to Old Stove Brewing and steps from the University Street Light Rail Station. A great all-around pick. Hotel Max — 620 Stewart St A fun, art-themed boutique hotel that hands you a craft beer at check-in! Three minutes from Westlake Station and easy walking distance to Pike Place. Great value with lots of personality. Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Downtown — 1821 Boren Ave Comfortable, reliable, and well-maintained with an on-site restaurant and bar — perfect for a cozy October evening. Close to Westlake Station with on-site parking available, which is a rare find in Seattle. Belltown Inn — 2301 3rd Ave The most budget-friendly option with excellent reviews! Rooms include a kitchenette, and the hotel offers free loaner bikes and a rooftop deck. A 10-minute walk to Old Stove Brewing.

Flying in? The Link Light Rail runs directly from SeaTac Airport to downtown Seattle, no rental car, no parking hassle. Estimated drive times between locations: SeaTac to Downtown Seattle is a 30–40 min drive. Traveling from SeaTac to Issaquah is a 30–40 min drive. Traveling from Seattle to Issaquah (wedding day) is a 30–40 min drive.
