As much as we love your children, we kindly ask that they do not join us at the rehearsal or on the wedding day. So sorry for any inconvenience! If you are so inclined to bring them to the bar for the night before event, be our guests!
We will have a shuttle bus doing pick-ups from the Hampton Inn & Towneplace Suites and taking people to the ceremony. After the reception ends, the bus will take guests from the venue, to the after party, being held at the Galley Grille, which is across the street from the Hampton Inn & Towneplace Suites. The current timeline is as follows: Arrival: 3:30 PM: First pick up from the Towneplace Suites parking lot 3:35 PM: First pick up from the Hampton Inn parking lot Then, will arrive at venue around 3:50PM. -The Bar & Tavern onsite will be open at 3pm if you need somewhere to wait prior to the ceremony 4:05 PM: Second pick up from the Towneplace Suites parking lot 4:10 PM: Second pick up from the Hampton Inn parking lot Then, will arrive at venue around 4:25PM. Departure: 10:25 PM: First pick up from venue, with arrival at hotels. 10:50 PM: Second pick up from venue, with arrival at after party. Things to note: Our ceremony starts at 4:30PM. If you want guaranteed transportation, try to take the first bus. Seating is limited on both buses. If necessary, the venue does allow you to leave your car overnight. If you arrive early at the ceremony, feel free to get some shade or a pre-celebratory drink inside the Bittersweet Farm Restaurant & Tavern, which opens at 3:00 PM. Our after party begins at 10:30 PM and ends at 1:00 AM. Feel free to stay in your wedding attire or change quickly then come back over. But hurry!
