Dress to impress! The dress code is formal attire, meaning women should wear floor length, tea length, formal cocktail dresses, or a pant suit and gentlemen should wear a suit and tie.

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Sheraton Denver West and are providing transportation to and from the reception. If you're staying elsewhere, we will not be able to provide transportation. Ride share apps are limited in the area of the venue, but are available. We kindly ask that you do not drink at the reception if you are planning to drive afterwards.
If you're staying at the Sheraton Denver West: meet in the hotel lobby where there will be a large bus to take you to the reception. It's about a 15 minute drive. **The shuttle will depart the hotel at 4:30 PM to take you to the venue. To get back from the venue to the hotel, there will be a 9 PM and 11 PM shuttle.** If you're staying elsewhere: the venue is located at 24933 Club House Cir, Golden, CO 80401, just 5 minutes off I-70.
Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue. You're welcome to leave your car there over night and pick it up the next day.
Both! There is a large terrace with stunning views which is where cocktail hour will be held (weather permitting) and the indoor space will be for dinner and dancing!

April in CO, especially in the mountains, is completely unpredictable. It could be 32 degrees and snowing or sunny and 75 degrees and we won't know until the day of. Rest assured, we have all bases covered.
