February 2013 was the epitome of an Upper Peninsula winter. Freezing temperatures and biting winds blowing in off Lake Superior drove even the locals to seek the comfort of the indoors. It was in the Lydia M. Olsen library that Kelsey first saw Will. He had a table on the second floor all to himself, and a wide, clear view of the snowfall outside. A few days later, their paths crossed again. Will had just finished a shift at the campus gym and Kelsey's was the last card that he scanned on his way out. The brief smile exchanged between them was the first spark. Not too long after those chance encounters, Kelsey and Will began to spend time together and quickly became inseparable, venturing out on hikes along the Lake Superior coastline. Through college, a 2000 mile move across the country, and early careers, their love for each other survived and thrived. It is now with great joy Kelsey and Will invite you to celebrate the beginning of their next adventure.
