Cliff Walk

We highly recommend this walk. Bundle up and wander to Forty Steps along one of the most famous areas in Newport.

Ocean Drive

Too cold for a walk? Grab your morning coffee and take a cruise on Ocean Drive. Pull over at Brenton Point for the most spectacular view of the ocean.

Fort Adams State Park

Curious where the famous Newport Folk Festival happens? After cruising ocean drive make your way to the fort - a favorite spot of Kelsey and Tim!

Small plate Italian food. Beautiful view, friendly staff - if you’re feeling adventurous get their tasting menu, but be prepared to be rolled out of there!

The Elms

A must-see in Newport, The Elms is a breathtaking Gilded Age mansion inspired by an 18th-century French château. Once the summer home of coal magnate Edward Julius Berwind, it’s known for its grand interiors, manicured gardens, and sweeping views of Narragansett Bay. Strolling the grounds feels elegant and peaceful—perfect for history lovers, architecture admirers, or anyone looking for a beautiful afternoon outing. Fun fact; Kelsey’s great grandfather was the chauffeur for the Berwind’s! There is a cafe on the premises, The Elms Carriage House, open Friday - Sunday. It’s a perfect spot for lunch!
