The short answer: as soon as possible! The sooner we know who's coming, the better we can plan. But actually, please RSVP no later than April 1, 2025.
Yes! You can find information on the Registry page. It includes both tangible items and the option to send a monetary gift that will go towards a specific thing, depending on which fund you choose, although gifts are absolutely not necessary or expected.
You're welcome to arrive and mingle with other guests as early as 3:30, with the ceremony set to begin promptly at 4:00. We recommend arriving no later than 10-15 minutes prior so you have time to find your seat. Kelsey gets very stressed out when people are late or things are not on time, so don't be the reason for either of those things happening!
Nope! While we anticipate most guests will be in semi-formal or cocktail attire, wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, while the reception will be indoors.
If you have a plus one included with your invitation, then yes! If not, please reach out to Kelsey or Spencer if you would like to bring a date.
If they're included in your invitation, then they're welcome! There will be activities provided specifically for them. If you have children who are not included in your invitation that you would like to bring, please reach out to Kelsey or Spencer.
We do not have an official hotel block, but please see the Travel page for our travel recommendations.
There will be a place when you RSVP to notify of any food allergies or restrictions. If you've RSVP'd and didn't include this information, please reach out to Kelsey or Spencer.
Yes! The ceremony and reception will both take place at Coyote Creek Golf Club, so once you're parked there you won't need to worry about going anywhere else until the end of the night.
No. You will be responsible for getting yourself to and from the ceremony/reception site. If you plan to drink, please plan ahead and always drink responsibly.
While Spencer has been known to sneak a PB&J into an event or two, outside food and drink are prohibited other than water. Additionally, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside, so sunscreen and sunglasses may come in handy.
Kelsey and Spencer may be a bit busy on wedding day, so please reach out to Matt Janicki (Spencer's friend - 408-422-1611), Kevin Barnes (Spencer's brother - 408-823-9676), or Ben Chapman (Kelsey's brother - 563-506-9230) with any urgent questions.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all fully wheelchair accessible. The three spaces are closely located to one another, but a golf cart will be available for any guests requiring any mobility assistance.
The reception will end at 9:30pm. While no private space has been reserved, you're welcome to join the newlyweds to continue the celebration at O'Flaherty's Irish Pub in downtown San Jose (25 N San Pedro St, San Jose, CA 95110).
