General Border Crossing and Travel Information
-If you are driving or walking across the border, be aware that you will be in longer lines unless you have the passport card or global entry card (ALL members of the vehicle will need these if using these lanes) -Also ensure that you are familiar with where to go when driving as the entrance back to the U.S can be confusing. -Feel free to check which border crossings offer the shortest times: Otay Mesa, Tecate, San Ysidro. You can use the app https://apps.apple.com/us/app/cbp-border-wait-times/id948812864 or the website to check times https://bwt.cbp.gov/ -For ALL modes of crossing the border you need a passport. -If you are driving make sure you bring around $20 in cash for tolls and that your insurance covers your vehicle in Mexico or that you get Mexico car insurance. Flight
San Diego Airport or Tijuana Airport
Feel free to fly into San Diego or Tijuana. If you fly into San Diego you will have to get an uber to the border and walk across (not a long uber), or contact the travel companies mentioned as they can possibly arrange transport from San Diego.

El Cielo Winery & Resort
We have reserved this hotel with an open code for guests. Feel free to stay here or find your own lodging, we will provide transport to and from the wedding venue from here. Please note when booking that room rates until Sept 2024 are set, from Oct-Nov 2024 they increase slightly and again Dec-Mar 2025. Please reach out to me or Sean if you would like to see the rates. Hotel
Atico and Casa Montana
There are three boutique hotels on site at Bruma for those interested in staying closer to the wedding venue . Casa 8 is reserved for immediate family of the bride and groom and is the location of the wedding. Atico and Casa Montana are open to book but have limited availability. To book visit the website and click on accommodations. We will provide transport to and from these as well (make sure you note where you are staying and whether or not you will use our transport service in your RSVP). Both Atico and Montana are a 3 min drive to the venue and a 15-20 min walk.
