Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than October 4, 2023 for both the Welcome Party and the Wedding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 PM. Please arrive between 5:00 and 5:15 PM. The venue will not be open for guests prior to 5:00 PM.

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

There will be a bus taking guests to and from the venue from the hotel blocks. Please note that the venue is 30-40 minutes from the city and ubers will not be available, so we urge you to use the provided transportation from the hotels. Draftsman: Bus to arrive at 3:35 p.m. and depart by 3:45 p.m. (Note - bus will be located across the street at Stacey Hall) Courtyard Marriott: Bus to arrive at 4:05 p.m. and depart by 4:20 p.m. Holiday Inn Ruckersville: Bus to arrive at 4:20 p.m., and depart by 4:35 p.m.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the venue. If you plan on consuming alcohol, we do ask that you use the provided buses for transportation to and from the hotels.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place indoors. Depending on weather, there will be an option to also enjoy the cocktail hour outdoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The wedding is black tie optional: tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. The welcome party is casual: you are welcome to wear whatever is comfortable to party in!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we adore your children, we've elected to limit our ceremony and reception to those 21 and older. If you will be traveling with children, we ask that you make arrangements for their care during the wedding.
