Please RSVP by March 10, 2025 via the RSVP tab on this website. You will be prompted to select which events you will be attending as well as a meal choice for each guest (if there are more than one on your reservation). If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions please let us know.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. For the ceremony, parking is available in the lot at the church. For the reception, Beauport Hotel offers complimentary valet parking for all wedding guests. If you wish to leave your car overnight, there is a $15 charge and the hotel asks that you pick your car up by 1pm the following day.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be indoors. However, there is a lovely outdoor deck with heaters that we plan to utilize throughout the evening, weather permitting.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: A suit or blazer & dress pants for gentleman, and a cocktail dress, dressy separates, or pantsuit works great for the ladies. For this time of year we would also recommend a jacket/shawl so that you can enjoy the outdoor terrace, weather permitting.

Question

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

We respectfully request that guests be mindful of the professional photographer and put their phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We invite you to relax, enjoy the moment and we'll gladly share these images with you after the celebration. However, please feel free to take as many pictures as you like during the cocktail hour and reception - we would love to see them!
