Ceremony will begin at 4pm prompt. Cocktail hour, Dinner and Dancing to follow. Meal choice: Chicken Saltimbocca: Pan-seared chicken breast topped with sage, prosciutto, spinach, and a parmesan cream sauce, served with mashed potatoes, asparagus, and a garden salad. -OR- Prime Rib: 12 oz slow roasted prime rib, served with mashed potatoes, asparagus, and a garden salad.
