This quaint town along the shores of the Chesapeake Bay is where we have chosen to book our hotel stay. There is plenty to do and see from the shops along Main Street, to waterfront dining, to the arts district. Annapolis is home to both the state capitol and the United States Naval Academy. If you are looking for brunch, we recommend Iron Rooster (make sure to get a homemade poptart!)
If you forgot something at home and need a place to shop, Arundel Mills offers a variety of stores including The North Face, Kate Spade, Nike, and more. It is located a short drive from the airport.
Also located in Arundel Mills is Maryland Live Casino. Test your luck on the slots or table games!
About 40 minutes from Annapolis and only 20 minutes from the airport sits Baltimore. Some of our favorite places in the city are the American Visionary Arts Museum in Federal Hill, Bmore Licks ice cream shop in Federal Hill, the cobblestone streets of Fells Point, and Oriole Park at Camden Yards (Eutaw Street is open to walk through on non-game days and is a short walk from the Inner Harbor). If you plan to check out Baltimore, please feel free to reach out to Kelsey or Rubin for more recommendations!
About a 15 minute drive from Annapolis, Sandy Point offers a place to swim, fish, and more!
