A shuttle will be available to take guests from the hotel blocks to the venue before the start of the ceremony. The shuttle will pick up guests at The Hilton Garden Inn at 3:45 PM and at Courtyard Marriott at 3:55 PM. It will also run on a loop, leaving the venue at 10:00 PM, 11:00 PM, and 11:45 PM, to bring guests back to the hotels. Since our venue is located about 10 miles outside of Fargo, we encourage guests to utilize this free option, especially if you plan on drinking at the reception. However, there is also plenty of parking available at the venue, so guests are welcome to drive out, leave their cars, and take the shuttle back if needed. Please note that space on the shuttles is limited.
If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you due to our venue capacity.
Yes! Your kids should be included in your family's count when you RSVP.
There's no specific dress code for our wedding, as we want our guests to look and feel their best. However, if you're looking for some guidance, semi-formal/cocktail attire would be ideal.
Please arrive to the venue no later then 4:15 so we can ensure we have time to get everyone seated before the ceremony begins.
