Our Story Kelsey and Nolan’s story began nearly 20 years ago, in the laughter-filled woods of Camp Christian, a YMCA camp where two kids unknowingly started a lifelong connection. What began as friendship blossomed through shared summers, youth group nights, and mission trips to Oklahoma and Costa Rica. They grew up side by side — serving together on Student Council, trading early-morning glances in homeroom, and crossing paths at the soccer fields where they each spent countless hours chasing the ball (and perhaps something more). Life eventually led them down separate paths after Kelsey graduated from FHS in 2015, and for a time, they lost touch. But fate, as it often does with the right people, had a plan. In the winter of 2021, Nolan reached out with a simple message: a drink, a catch-up, a chance to reconnect. That evening turned into something far greater — a rekindling of something always there, quietly waiting. The rest, as they say, is history — or perhaps the beginning of forever.
