As of August 2021, masks have been mandated INDOORS in the state of Oregon. Guests will be able to forego wearing a mask if they are outdoors, eating, or have a drink in hand. If weather permits, we are able to open the large doors in the reception space which then the venue will be considered an outdoor venue and guests will be able to forego masks. Please bring your mask and be prepared to wear it if you are walking inside without a drink in hand.
The safety of our guests and vendors is a top priority of ours. Please text or call Kelsey or Neil to let us know if you can no longer make it.
Yes! For guests who would like to take the shuttle to the winery, meet at the Atticus Hotel in Downtown McMinnville at 2:30PM. There will be a yellow school bus that will be looping around and will be leaving at 2:45PM. The pick up location is just passed the Atticus Hotel's valet parking location (halfway down the block). If you do not see the bus between 2:30PM, chances are it is just looping around the block. Please note - The bus will depart from the Atticus at 2:45PM. For guests staying at the Red Lion Hotel, the bus will pick you up at 3PM. It will be there until 3:15PM and then will depart for the winery. For guests who would like to take a shuttle back from the winery, there will be two busses arriving between 9:45PM - 10PM. They will both make stops at the Red Lion Hotel & the Atticus Hotel. Unfortunately, there are very few Ubers/Lyfts available in McMinnville so we encourage our guests who are drinking to take the shuttle. Text Neil or Kelsey if you have any questions!
Yes! Masks are required on the shuttle. They will have extras if you don't have one.
There is plenty of parking in the gravel lot to the left of the building. However, we highly encourage guests to take the shuttle provided or have a DD.
Yes! Dress code is cocktail-attire.
In order to allow all guests, including parents, a night of relaxation, we have chosen for our wedding to be an adult only occasion with the exception of our flower girls. Thank you for understanding!
Of course! We have already let our caterer know that some of our guests have peanut allergies. If you have any other allergy, please let us know as soon as possible so we can relay the message to our caterer.
