Do I have to pay for my resort booking up front?

Answer

No. The Fives allows you to make deposits on the room. The full balance will not be due until 45 days prior to your scheduled vacation.

How can I get more details on the resort?

Answer

Our travel agent Tara will be a great resource. You can also check out The Fives Beach Hotel & Residences website linked in the Travel section of this website. In addition, there are beautiful pictures of the resort on Instagram at @thefivesbeachhotel. The Instagram page also has a link tree with tons of information.

Will rooms sell out at the resort?

Answer

Possibly. The Fives and our travel agent have recommended all guests book rooms ASAP. Remember, if you book a room t reserve a spot at the resort, you will not be charged the full amount until 45 days prior to your vacation date. Tara can help with and questions you may have on various room types available.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes, you do need a current and valid passport to travel from the US to Mexico. It's highly suggested once your room is booked, you complete the necessary steps for acquiring your passport if needed.

Can I bring my child to the wedding?

Answer

Children are welcome to attend our wedding ceremony and reception. Please discuss the costs for adding children to your booking with Tara.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Absolutely. Thus is your vacation too. While we are asking for one day of your time on vacation to celebrate with us, the rest of the time is yours to relax, unwind, seek adventure and enjoy yourself. Bring anyone you'd like and know we are looking forward to get to know them more and share a drink!
