We met years back through a mutual friend really hitting it off not long after. Almost as if he has some sort of sixth sense- he has been telling Mylan that Kelsey is the girl he would marry from the first time Tino met her. A true "life of the party" guaranteed to draw you in with wild tales and strong gesticulation.
