Kelsey grew up in Minnesota and Arizona, went to college at the University of Arizona, and then moved to California while she completed a Master’s of Fine Arts degree in creative writing. She ended up in San Diego, where she met Mitchell! Kelsey loves books, travel, yoga, boardgames, and the great outdoors. She is the daughter of Gwen McNallan and Glenn Rosen.
Mitchell
Groom
Mitchell grew up in California and Florida, joined the Expeditionary Navy Command when he was eighteen, and was stationed in sunny San Diego for the last ten years, where he met Kelsey! Mitchell loves hanging out with friends, playing PC games, and perfecting new recipes in the kitchen. He is the son of Virginia Johnston and Brad Johnston.
Sam
Officiant
Sam is one of Mitchell's best friends. He is always ready with a board game or witty comment and is a great person to be around. Mitchell and Kelsey feel so honored that Sam will be officiating their marriage ceremony in front of their friends and family! Sam lives in Jacksonville, Florida and regularly attends music concerts and other local events.
Elizabeth
Maid of Honor
Elizabeth and Kelsey met in the 7th grade and have been best friends ever since. Some of Kelsey’s favorite memories include being homeschooled with Elizabeth for a year, taking a road trip together to Sedona before Kelsey moved back to Minnesota, backpacking in the Olympic National Park for Elizabeth's 30th birthday, and visiting Elizabeth in Romania while she was working as an English teacher at an international school. Elizabeth lives in Portland, Oregon.
Taylor

When Kelsey’s mom got married again, she brought not only a stepdad, Glenn, into Kelsey’s life, but a stepbrother, Parker, and stepsister, Taylor! Taylor recently graduated from UC Santa Barbara, after which she spent a year traveling all around the world with her boyfriend, TJ. Taylor currently lives in Orange County, California and is applying for medical school.
Mary Ann

Growing up with Mitchell, Mary Ann was more like a sister than a cousin to him and his brother. Besides agreeing to stand beside Kelsey on her big day, Mary Ann’s birthday also stands directly beside Kelsey’s on the calendar! Last year, they celebrated their birthdays together with a pool day, a big party, and an even bigger cake. Mary Ann lives with her husband and two kids in Jacksonville, Florida.
Megan
Bridesmaid
Although they are cousins, Megan and Kelsey grew up like sisters during their childhood in Minnesota. Megan has a Master’s degree in Special Education, which she has used to teach kids everywhere from Sweden to South Korea. Megan now lives in Stockholm, Sweden with her partner, four kids, and a dog!
Pia
Bridesmaid
Pia and Kelsey met when Pia was a foreign exchange student for junior year of high school. Throughout the year, the two grew very close, and Kelsey felt like Pia was the sister she had never had! Pia lives in Essen, Germany with her partner, Florian.
Pablo
Bridesman
Kelsey met Pablo in Prague, Czech Republic, when she lived there in 2019. The two quickly realized they had an incredible amount in common, and they have been great friends ever since. Pablo is Spanish, a writer, and a lover of history and fantasy novels. He currently lives and works in Prague.
Laura
Bridesmaid
Laura is the wife of Vergel, one of Mitchell's groomsmen and oldest friends. She lives in Jacksonville with Vergel and their two sons. Since moving to Jacksonville, Kelsey has grown to know and love Laura well and recently asked her to be a bridesmaid. To her delight, Laura agreed!
Jolee
Jr. Bridesmaid
Jolee is the daughter of Mary Ann and Jeremy, and is basically Mitchell's niece. Kelsey adores Jolee and is so happy she has agreed to be a part of their big day. Jolee will be a freshman in high school at the time of the wedding.
Milva
Jr. Bridesmaid
Milva is the eldest child and only daughter of Kelsey's cousin Megan. She live in Sweden with her family, including 3 younger brothers and a dog the color of midnight. Milva is incredibly sweet, and Kelsey is so happy to have her in the wedding party!
Brian
Best Man
Brian is Mitchell's older brother. Kelsey and Brian enjoy sharing the woes of being the eldest sibling and the joys of teasing their little brothers. Kelsey has loved spending time with and getting to know Brian in Jacksonville, Florida, and she is so excited to soon have Brian as a brother-in-law!
Mark
Best Man
Although Mark is Mitchell's cousin, the two are more like brothers. They grew up in each other's houses, getting into mischief and mayhem together. Mitchell and Kelsey have already taken one trip with Mark and hope to do so again in the future! Mark lives in Jacksonville, Florida, where he enjoys spending time with family.
Vergel
Best Man
Vergel is one of Mitchell's very best friends. He and his wife Laura live in Jacksonville with their two kids and are the hosts of many friend-group get-togethers, such as swimming in the natural Florida springs, celebrating Halloween, or meeting up for BBQ, drinks, and games. Vergel is the life of the party, and Mitchell is so happy to have him standing beside him as one of his Best Men at his wedding.
Adam
Groomsman
Adam is Kelsey’s younger brother. Mitchell and Adam hit it off right away, and Adam enjoys sharing Korean BBQ with Mitchell and Kelsey in California. Adam lives in Orange County, California, where he works in luxury home theater sales and design.
Jeremy
Groomsman
Jeremy is married to Mary Ann, Mitchell's cousin. Mitchell is so happy to have Jeremy be a part his wedding day, as he is essentially Mitchell's brother-in-law. Jeremy lives in Jacksonville, Florida with Mary Ann and their two kids.
Dan
Groomsman
Dan is one of Mitchell's best friends. They are always playing video games together and arguing good-naturedly online. Dan was the first of Mitchell's friends that Kelsey met, and they hit it off immediately. Dan lives in Jacksonville, Florida.
Saj
Jr. Groomsman
Saj is Kelsey's cousin and the son of her uncle Scott and aunt Shani. Mitchell met Saj in 2021 and loved him. Mitchell and Kelsey are so happy to have Saj in their wedding party on this special day! Saj will be a sophomore in high school at the time of the wedding.
Ise
Flower Guy
Ise is Kelsey's cousin and the son of her uncle Scott and aunt Shani. Kelsey and Mitchell adore Ise and are so happy that he will be a part of their wedding day! Along with Mitchell's nephew, Ise will be throwing the flowers prior to Kelsey's walk down the aisle.
Jackson
Flower Guy
Jackson is the son of Mitchell's cousin Mary Ann and her husband Jeremy, and Mitchell considers him a nephew. Mitchell and Kelsey love Jackson so much and are thrilled that he, along with Kelsey's cousin Ise, will be throwing flowers at their wedding prior to Kelsey's walk down the aisle.
Marlow
Ring Bearer
Marlow is the son of Kelsey's cousin Megan. He lives in Sweden with his family, and Kelsey is so happy to have him in her wedding! He will be assisting his little brothers, Max and Merlin, in carrying the rings down the aisle.
Max
Ring Bearer
Max is the son of Kelsey's cousin Megan, and Kelsey is delighted to have him in the wedding as an adorable ring bearer. Max lives with his family in Sweden and has just become a big brother to baby Merlin!
Merlin
Ring Bearer
Merlin is the youngest son of Kelsey's cousin, Megan. He will be six months old at the time of the wedding, but if he is up for it, he will steal the show as the ring bearer with his older brothers Max and Marlow. A fun fact about Merlin is that he shares Mitchell's birth date!
