Things To Do
-If you have kids, or want an early summer swim, check out Plainfield's Splash Island waterpark. Our church meets at the Aquatic Center where the waterpark is located.
-Go for a short hike at Hall Woods off of State Road 36. This was where we went for one of our first dates AND the location of our engagement pictures! 15 minutes west of Danville.
-Check out the Beehive coffee shop in Danville- Kelsey goes before school every Tuesday.
-Take a lap through Gilley's Antique Mall in Plainfield. Gilley's is one of our favorite places.
-Eat at Oasis Diner, an original 1954 Diner in downtown Plainfield. Enjoy the retro décor while you enjoy tenderloins, malts, and desserts.
-Have some extra time? Visit Nashville and Brown Country area for beautiful hikes, shopping, and restaurants. This is located about 50 minutes away, but worth the drive!
