What's the Dress Code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is Black-Tie. It's appropriate for ladies to wear a floor-length gown, formal cocktail dress, or dressy pantsuit. Men should wear a formal suit and tie, tuxedo, or sport coat for our event. We know you clean up nicely, so dust off those jackets and heels for our classy affair!

Are Kids Welcome?

Our wedding will be an adult and young adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice allows you to enjoy having the evening off celebrating the new Mr. and Mrs. Penrose! We appreciate your understanding!

Is Transportation Provided for Guests?

Answer

Transportation will be provided for all guests staying at our host hotels. Due to limited parking at The Estate, we ask that attendees utilize the organized transportation offered.

Is Parking Available at the Venue?

Answer

While the venue provides limited on-site parking, guests are urged to use the provided transportation service to and from the host hotels.

Is There a Hotel Block for Guests?

Answer

Yes! Guests should make room reservations at the Hyatt House Richmond/Short Pump Hotel. Transportation will be provided from the hotel to The Estate. The deadline to book a hotel room under our wedding reservation is November 3, 2022. Please see the "Travel" section of our website for specific hotel information, our discount code, and more.

How Do I RSVP?

Answer

You will receive a formal invitation in the mail at a later date. You'll have the option to mail your response back to us or scan the QR code to RSVP virtually.

Can I Take Photos During the Ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all guests silence their phones and refrain from taking photos or videos of their own during the ceremony. We have talented professionals there to capture the moment so we can all be present!
