Boston is likely the cheapest option, but there is also the Manchester airport in New Hampshire. Either way you will need to take bus/train/rental car to Durham. It might be easiest and cheapest to hook up with other guests and split the cost of a rental car or at least brave the bus journey together! For many of you, this will be an extended vacation, and the best way to see things would be via car. This will allow you to drive up and down the coast. Hotel information is under the "Travel" tab.
Mark grew up just miles away from Durham, but more importantly, we wanted to be near the ocean. Kelsey fell in love with the east coast when Mark took her there for the first time, and we want our guests to have a similar experience. We were engaged at the Nubble Light House, and celebrated many things in the area at restaurants. No matter where we got married, guests would need to travel...so really we did it for you all so you could see somewhere amazing :)
Since moving in together, we have plenty of STUFF. We have all the things we need for our kitchen and home for the most part, and don't really want to add to our collection of things to haul back home ;) Instead, we would rather enjoy experiences together, such as going on a honeymoon and date nights. If you would like to contribute this way you can via this website (which charges 2.5%), or you can contribute at the wedding. Whatever is easiest for you. Please know: gifts are not expected! Your presence is enough for us :)
