Booking Your Stay To attend our wedding, you must book your stay using our group code. This ensures your reservation is linked to our wedding and that you’ll be included in all wedding-related events and activities. Recommended Dates to Book: January 23, 2026 – January 26, 2026 (The wedding ceremony will take place at 5:00 PM on January 24, 2026) Feel free to stay and enjoy paradise for as long as you’d like, but please note there is a 3-night minimum stay. Please book your stay by visiting: https://www.sandals.com/best-sandals-resorts Step-by-Step Booking Instructions: Click “Check Rates & Availability.” Select Sandals Royal Bahamian as your resort. Choose your travel dates (we recommend Jan 23–26, 2026) and room type. Fill in your personal information. On the this screen, you’ll see the question: “Are you part of a group booking?” – Check Yes – Enter the group code: RG25176741 Important: If you do not enter the group code during booking, your reservation will not be linked to our wedding—and you may not be able to attend the ceremony or any wedding events. Additional Information: – All rooms are double occupancy with a king bed – This is an adults-only, all-inclusive resort, which means your stay includes all meals, drinks, activities, and airport transfers – All rooms are subject to availability and are booked on a first come, first served basis, we recommend reserving your stay as soon as possible to secure your room preference.
