PHX Sky Harbor is the one you want to fly into. ATTENTION: Please do not wait much longer to book your flights. March is the busiest season in Arizona. Flights are already getting sparse and expensive from Pitt to PHX that we have seen. They will only continue to get more expensive the closer to the date you wait to book, so please book your flights soon :)

Courtyard Marriott Phoenix Mesa
We have blocked off 15 rooms at the Courtyard Marriott. 10 King beds & 5 queen beds (2 beds per queen room). King rooms are $239 per night & queen rooms are $259 per night. The hotel is a 5 min. ride from the venue. Please use the link below (View) to book your room with our block rate. The discount rate is only for Thurs. 3/20 - Sun. 3/23, if you are wanting to stay at the hotel longer than those dates, you will need to call the hotel to make your reservation as the website will tell you "no available rooms". Please call our hotel coordinator, Destin, directly at 480-629-1210. The block is only available to book with the discounted rate until 2/20/2025. So please book before then! If this hotel is not the hotel for you, we recommend checking out other hotels or AirBnb's in the Mesa, Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, or Gilbert areas as you should not be too far from the venue and still be close to things to do and the airport.

How to Get Around
We recommend downloading the following car services if you do not already have them: Uber - Can take you anywhere & are pretty readily available Waymo - THE SELF DRIVING CAR - If you are feeling adventurous and want to know what it is like to take a self driving car, here and now is the time! - The only downside is they cannot take you everywhere, they can only take you within a certain radius. It will not allow you to book if it is outside of its limits. More than likely though, where you are trying to go, it can probably take you there. Car Rental - If you are looking to do a lot of adventuring while you are in town, you may want to rent a car. Arizona is pretty big and it can get expensive to Uber around if you are looking to adventure outside of the Phoenix Metro area.
