FAQs

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want everyone to be comfortable. Cocktail attire is the perfect balance between the most formal attire and the most casual attire.

Question

What will the weather be?

Answer

As most of us are aware, Washington’s weather is unpredictable. In most years, Seattle averages between 68 and 75 during late June.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Promptly after the ceremony ends, you will be asked to exit the building while a flip into the reception occurs. This is a time to go outside, get some fresh air maybe go for a little walk and enjoy a cocktail.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be deeply missed! However, if you RSVP'd 'yes' and something came up, please let us know at your earliest convenience. We understand life happens and we want to make sure you’re safe

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at approximately 3 pm. You may start to enter, find a seat and mingle with a neighbor at 2:30 pm.

Question

Where should guests park? Is it free?

Answer

There is parking behind the Tacoma Armory building on 11th Street. The parking will be free to all guests. There is also street parking along Yakima Street.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are all about love. However, due to the capacity limits of our venue, we ask you do not bring anybody who has not been invited.

Question

How is Covid-19 effecting the wedding?

Answer

We hope everyone is staying healthy, safe and in good spirits! We want to acknowledge that we are navigating through some uncertain times. For now, we are going ahead with our scheduled wedding day with optimism, excitement, and love. As we continue to plan for our wedding, the health of our family and friends remains our top priority. We will be closely monitoring the situation and update you if there are any important changes to our plans. We are excited to get married this June, and hope as many of you can join us as possible! we also understand if making travel plans or attending large events is not in the cards for you right now. In the meantime, we will continue to keep in touch and remain optimistic!
