It all began when we were just fifteen - two teenagers flirting at our high school summer camp. We had no idea, at the time, that God had given us our forever person. From then on, we grew up together, sharing every first and last. Homecoming dances and prom nights to high school graduation, nursing school stress, new jobs, and everything in between. We've laughed, cried, and cheered each other on through everything. On May 25th, 2025, at Layne's family farm, he got down on one knee. He put up a cross as a reminder of the One who loves us most. It was simple, beautiful, and of course, Kelsey cried before she said, "Yes!" We can't wait to celebrate the next chapter surrounded by the people who mean the most to us!
