We have the venue rented from August 30-September 5, and we welcome our friends and family to stay there during any of those dates.
We recommend renting a car during your stay in Tuscany. There is a train from Florence to Castelfiorentino, but there is only one taxi in town, so it will be difficult to get around without a car.
Breakfast is included in your room rate. The venue will provide lunch and/or dinner if there are 12 people who sign up for it. There will be a meal sign up sheet available in the courtyard, so you can decide the day before. Breakfast + 1 additional meal (half-board) = 110 EURO Breakfast + lunch + dinner (full-board) = 135 EURO There are kitchenettes in some rooms across the property, so you are also welcome to make your own food. We are a 15min walk from a nearby restaurant, and a 10min drive from town.
Aside from the wedding and rehearsal dinner, we want this to feel like a vacation with our closest friends and family. There are options to organize cooking classes, wine tastings, and guided tours, but we are not planning any required activities. Don't feel tethered to our schedule, you should treat this as a Tuscan vacation where you can choose your adventure! :)
