Ceremony FAQs

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due space limitations, we simply can’t accommodate for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Our wedding is strictly invitation only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

While we adore children, we've opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please don't hesitate to contact us directly to discuss further.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests should arrive by 3:00pm to ensure they have enough time to settle in. However, it’s best for them to aim to be seated by 3:25pm, as the ceremony starts promptly at 3:30pm. Please do NOT arrive earlier than 3:00pm.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

The venue has enough parking for 10-13 vehicles. If you can carpool, we advise that you please do so.

Question

Where should I sit?

Answer

Guests should feel free to sit wherever they feel comfortable, but it's recommended to fill in the seats from front to back to ensure everyone has a good view of the ceremony. If the couple has any specific preferences or areas they’d like reserved, they may provide additional guidance on-site.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Every guest will have a place to sleep at the venue. In every invitation there should have been a note specifying whether there will be a bed vs couch/recliner available for you. We encourage everyone to stay for safety and fun purposes though understand if you choose not to stay!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would like everyone to dress semi-formal. Though please feel free to bring a more casual outfit to change into later in the evening after the traditional reception festivities are completed.

Question

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?

Answer

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing a few different domestic beers, liquors, and mixers.

Question

What food will be served?

Answer

We will be having pulled pork, baked beans, pasta salad, mac n cheese, and rolls.
