I want to reserve a room at the 1774 Inn. What do I do next?

Wonderful! We are so happy you'll be staying with us! For our beloved guests traveling in from out of state We have The 1774 Inn available to us from 3pm on Monday 9/22 through 10am on Wednesday 9/24. For our guests staying with us at the Inn we will have a Welcome Dinner on site Monday 9/22 at 5pm. Then, of course, all our guests are to attend the 9/23 Wedding Ceremony, Dinner, and Reception on site beginning at 2:30pm. For our guests staying at The 1774 Inn, we will provide breakfast items and the kitchens will be stocked with snacks, beverages, and light lunch items for you to help yourself as needed. Each room with private bath in The 1774 Inn is $250/night. We do have 3 cozy rooms with a shared bath in the "Shipwrights Quarters" of the Inn available for $200/night by request. Feel free to review The 1774 Inn's website and descriptions of their rooms. We kindly ask that you pay for your room(s) up front to hold your reservation. Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is limited parking a short walk from the wedding & reception venue. We request if you are driving to the site and you are able, please carpool with other guests. We will arrange a shuttle as needed to central locations in Phippsburg & Bath. If you think you'll need a shuttle ride, please let us know where you are staying and we will provide you with pick up and drop off times and location.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We welcome our guests to arrive at 2:30pm with all guests seated for the ceremony to begin at 3pm.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We are requesting our guests dress in formal wear in your most authentic, elevated expression in our color palette above. We envision our loved ones bringing their unique styles to the occassion with gentlemen in crisp suites accented by colorful ties, bowties, and pocket squares and ladies in gowns with warm layers for the likely chilly afternoon and evening. Think luxurious fabrics you'd be comfortable in. Our color palette is inspired by the vibrant beauty of a spectacular September harvest and sunset. The only colors we request are not worn at the wedding & reception are black, blues, or purples. This request is simply to keep the theme and aesthetic cohesive and will translate well in the photographs and memories we'll cherish for years to come!

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Yes, we are registered via our website provider, Zola. There are options to select individual gifts, contribute towards group gifts, as well as newlywed funds for our home and honeymoon. We truly appreciate your loving kindness and generosity, both attending our wedding and blessing us with a cherished gift to start our new chapter together.
