The Timpanogos caves are something to behold. We recommend bringing a flashlight or headlamps in addition to water for this 3.5 hour experience. Make reservations in advance online. This is one of our favorite summer activities with friends! A chill day floating the Provo. Contact High Country Adventures to rent tubes or a raft, they will provide a ride to the input point. We recommend bringing some rope to tie tubes together and DIY a party-barge. Don't forget your water shoes, cooler with drinks, snacks, and of course sunscreen.

Cool off high in the Alpine at Tibble Fork Reservoir on a stand up paddle board. Be sure to arrive early to secure parking. Link provided is one of a few local shops to rent a board from. Another option is Deer Creek Reservoir, which is larger and allows motorized watercraft.
Hiking to Silver Lake in American Fork Canyon is a popular, scenic, and moderate to strenuous 4.5–4.7 mile roundtrip hike starting near Silver Lake Flat Reservoir. The trail offers a mix of shady aspen forests and steep, rocky terrain, making it a great day hike. Get to the top and enjoy a dip in the chilly snowmelt water.
For those seeking a more advanced adventure, summit Mount Timponogos via The Timpooneke Trail (11,753 ft). A challenging 14–15 mile round-trip hike. Starting at Timpooneke Campground (7,300 ft) this hike features meadows, waterfalls, and wildflowers, especially in July. It is highly likely you will see mountain goats, which is the best part. Be sure to pack appropriately with water, food, sunscreen, and other essentials for a long big day. Early start highly recommended.
Winds permitting, catch the us at the flight park where we enjoy launching and soaring our paraglide wings. The Draper Flight park in the evenings is a great spot to catch a sunset and watch the gliders. Check in with the bride or groom to see if it will be a flyable evening.
