Central mall. Good for typical restaurants and fastfood chain or a milk tea fix. Go down to the basement floors for some local Vietnamese fashion brand (not too excited tho, see my shopping street recommendation for shops)

Some brands got as far as being worn by Kpop idols like Black Pink (if that's your cup of tea), and many old apartments offer unique shopping experience (or may I say an adventure in the narrow alleyways) as well as cute coffee shops.
