We met in May 2011 at Camp Quackers in Belleville, IL. We worked together as camp counselors. We started dating in May of 2012!

We got engaged on June 13, 2020. We went to Kelsey's parents' house for a bbq with her family. Jesse got on one knee and asked Kelsey to marry him in front of her parents, brother, and their two dogs. It was a perfect evening!

Tammy, Jesse's mother, passed away over 6 years ago. It is crazy how quickly time passes. We know she would be LOVING every second of this wedding planning process. She will be missed so much on our special day!
