What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM, with gates opening at 4:00 PM. We suggest arriving no later than 4:15 PM to be comfortably seated, enjoy the start of our special day, and help ensure the ceremony begins on time.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?
Answer
Yes! There is onsite parking available at the venue for all guests. We want to make your arrival as smooth as possible, so plenty of spaces will be reserved for wedding guests. Additionally, for those who prefer not to drive or want to make the journey a bit easier, we will be offering a shuttle service from select locations. Please check our website for more details on shuttle pickup times and locations, and feel free to take advantage of this convenient option if you prefer not to drive.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes! To make your arrival as smooth and convenient as possible, we will be offering a shuttle service from select locations to the wedding venue. Please check our website for more details on shuttle pickup times and locations. The shuttles will run before the ceremony and after the reception to take guests back to the designated locations. RSVP: If you plan to use the shuttle service, please be sure to RSVP in advance so we can reserve a spot for you. Taking the shuttle is a great way to relax, enjoy the day, and not worry about parking or driving. We encourage you to take advantage of this service to make the most of your experience!

Please reach out to our Honorary Bridesmaids: Emily (352-339-2175) and Lucy (352-262-1094). We kindly ask that guests direct all questions to them rather than the couple during the wedding weekend so the couple can be fully present and enjoy the celebration.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony will take place outdoors. During cocktail hour, guests can enjoy a mix of indoor and outdoor mingling, and the reception will be held indoors.

The night will conclude with our grand exit at 10:00 PM. We can’t wait to celebrate every special moment with you until then!
