Bob is Kelsey's stepfather, who's not only marrying Kelsey and Jake but has married both or Kelsey's siblings. Bob has been Kelsey's stepdad since she was 11 years old and has been a huge support. It takes a special man to raise kids that he chose, and we are blessed and honored for him to perform our ceremony.
