We recommend taking a shuttle from the airport to and from the venue. There is a discount code for Epic Mountain Express shuttles under the Travel tab.
Guests can start arriving at the ceremony location at 5:30pm. The ceremony itself will start promptly at 6:00pm.
To get to the ceremony site, you will need to enter the Westin Riverfront lobby and turn right toward the hotel bar. There will be signs guiding you to the exact door to use to get to the ceremony lawn.
A dinner will not be served at the welcome drinks. Instead, we will be serving desserts!
Although we love all of your partners, only the people addressed on your formal invitations are invited.
Our venue is happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions! If this applies to you, please text Kelsey or Ian what those restrictions are, and we will ensure the venue accommodates it.
