Happily ever after…

... there was a strong-willed woman who worked tirelessly to provide for she and her beautiful daughter. There was a gentle, kind, and hard-working man doing the same to provide for he and his two beautiful daughters... God showed up, worlds collided, and here we are!! We met in September of 2022 at a local steakhouse over a cold beer and some hot food. Fred was there to wind down after work and I (Kelsey) was there working, of course! Conversation was light, the food was good, the service was great (WINK-WINK), and the hearts were pitter-pattering! Fred quickly made it a point to come in and chat it up quite often after that... he had to get to know me better! One thing led to another and of course, everything was perfect and things kept progressing. By the beginning of 2023 our love story had begun! Our girls finally met each other that spring and it was natural connection between the three of them, as sisters. We continued to explore life together as a little blended family of 5 and each day our connections grew stronger with one another. In January 2024, Fred was able to meet my big, fun, Cajun family and that sealed the deal for both of us. We had always heard that the older you get, the easier it is to know that you have found your person and boy is that true! We didn’t need the long courtship or the long engagement to know that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together! On March 23, a very special day – the birthday of my grandmother, who had recently passed away - Fred proposed to me and our girls, and we all said YES! We are beyond excited to share our special moments with you. Family is most important to us and our big day would not be near as special without you all here to cheer us on and shower us with love! Now let's all get our bags packed and our dancing shoes shined up… we have some celebrating to do and we want you ALL there with us!! We can’t wait to see you all!! Love, Kelsey & Fred
