Vaccinated Travelers:
Fully vaccinated persons traveling from other countries will be required to obtain a negative COVID-19 test (Rapid Antigen or PCR Test) from an accredited lab, taken no more than three days (72 hours) prior to the date of arrival to The Bahamas.
Unvaccinated Travelers:
Unvaccinated travelers (12+) must obtain a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR Test from an accredited lab taken no more than three days (72 hours) prior to the date of arrival. Children between the ages of 2 and 11 are required to obtain a negative COVID-19 test (Rapid Antigen or PCR Test) from an accredited lab, taken no more than three days (72 hours) prior to the date of arrival.
All visitors traveling to The Bahamas are required to apply for a Bahamas Travel Health Visa at travel.gov.bs

Do I need to get tested before coming back into the US?
Answer
The United States requires a negative rapid antigen test taken 24 hours before your flight back. You will not be required to do a health visa or anything online, you may just simply show your negative test result when you check in for your flight home.
