It all started at Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, Colorado. They say timing is everything, and we have found that to be true with our story! Although we tried dating in college, it didn't work out and we both experienced a lot of life between then and reconnecting on a dating app in 2021. After waiting three months to give an answer, Kelsey finally said "yes" to being Eric's girlfriend and they have enjoyed continually learning and getting to know each other through their long distance relationship. Through traveling, horse back riding, good food, jet skiing, and balancing time between Denver and Steamboat, they found love right where they were! Fast forward to July 3, 2023, when we were in Michigan for our annual lake house trip, Kelsey was stunned when Eric led her down a lighted path to propose. Eric popped the question, Kelsey considered waiting 3 more months, but didn't, and here we are! We are thrilled to have found our way back to each other and are amazed at the redemption our story has led us to.
