Escobar Wedding

We met on an online dating site. Living around 918 miles apart, we conversed over text and FaceTime at first. In May 2016 we met in person in Corvallis OR. We went on our first date in Newport OR and the next day decided to try long distance dating. The distance has made dating complicated, but worth it as we try to visit, call, and FaceTime each other as much as possible. In those moments we spent together, we went on adventures. As we spent time in each others lives, we found a joy, and connection that made us desire more. We explored mountains and beaches, road tripped, visited the happiest place on earth, and spent time with our family and friends. We read the Bible, prayed, and encouraged each other. There were moments of discouragement where we wondered if the distance made it too hard, but our bond was strong. On March 30th 2018, Erick casually looked over at Kelsey and popped ‘the question’. The answer was, ‘YES, wait what? Did you just ask me to marry you?’ Erick sarcastically replied, ‘if you have to ask, did I?’ Two years of friendship has turned into the desire for a lifetime of friendship! We are pleased to invite you to our wedding!
