Will there be transportation to/from the venue?

Answer

YES! We hired a shuttle to transport our guests to/from the hotel and venue. Shuttle schedule: The following pickup times from the hotel (shuttling to the venue) are scheduled: 2:15pm 2:45pm 3:15pm 3:30pm 3:45pm 4:00pm 4:15pm Shuttle services will resume to take guests back to the hotel starting at 9:15pm. Pickup times from the venue (back to the hotel) are as follows: 9:15pm 9:45pm 10:00pm 10:15pm 10:30pm 10:45pm 11:00pm 11:15pm There will be a shuttle sign up sheet, located at the front desk of the hotel, for those leaving the hotel/coming to the venue (during the 3:15 to 4:15pm time slots). Please keep in mind that not all guests will be able to fit on the last available shuttle. Please spread out between the last few trips.

Where do I park?

Answer

If you do not plan to use the shuttle service, there is ample free parking available at the venue. If needed, the venue does allow overnight parking.

Are children welcome to attend?

Answer

Due to limited space, only children included on invitations are invited to the wedding. We hope this will allow you a much-deserved night off to celebrate with us!
