Due to limited numbers, children are only invited if named on the invitation and rsvp card. For those children that are named we kindly ask that they depart by 730pm after all ceremony and traditional wedding events have been completed.
Due to limited seating capacity at the venue we have restricted seating arrangements. These seats will be accounted for and specified on the invitation. If you have a guest specifically named on the invite and rsvp then they are included in the seating chart.
If you did not RSVP by the April 1st deadline we will unfortunately not be able to accommodate you.
We will have an open bar and want everyone to have a fun and safe time. Please don’t drink and drive! Must be 21 and have valid ID.
We ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride and groom. (Ivory, white, cream, etc. )
We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us. Semi-formal or formal attire is appropriate. Our wedding is bright and vibrant in color and we would love to see that in our guests as well. Fuschia, Jade, Marigold encouraged! *please no jeans.
There will be transportation to and from the hotel and venue for those who book rooms under our reserved block.
Please book as soon as possible. The room blocks are first come first serve and we have a large number of out of town guests. Once the reserved rooms are booked guests will have to book at the standard rate.
For those that received a rehearsal card we will be doing rehearsal at 3:30pm with dinner to follow at a separate location At approximately 5pm. The rehearsal dinner location is approximately .5 miles from the hotel.
If you originally checked yes on your RSVP but now are no longer able to attend please privately message the bride or groom as soon as possible so that the guest list can be updated.
Please RSVP as soon as possible but no later than April 1st. For safe measure please mail back the card in your invitation suite and digitally RSVP on this site.
We have created a registry which is available here and via Amazon. Since we have lived together for quite some time we do not need much, if anything. We would love and greatly appreciate the monetary support of being able to take our first trip together for our honeymoon after our big day.
We will have a kick off party to wedding weekend for all our out of town guests on Thursday May 11th. We can’t wait to show everyone our favorite spot The Thirsty Goat. Come have pizza and craft beer in the cutest local hangout See you at 5pm
