What's the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

RSVPs for the pre-wedding golf game must be received by October 15th (RSVP now closed) and for the wedding by December 15th.

Is there a room block?

Answer

Nope! We're leaving the choice of where to stay up to you. Please see the "Accommodations" page for a list of walkable hotels from the venue. If you want more hotel options, please don't hesitate to reach out.

How far away is Tampa Int'l Airport (TPA) from the venue?

Answer

When it's not rush hour, it's approximately 15min. During rush hour, it's about 30min.

Do I need a rental car if I'm flying in?

Answer

If you end up staying in the downtown area, a lot of places (including the venue) are walkable, but we recommend getting a rental car if you don't want to be restricted to the downtown area.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal: Tuxes and evening gowns work as well as suits, cocktail dresses, and formal jumpsuits.

What time does the ceremony begin and reception end?

Is there free parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The North Lot of Julien B. Lane Park will be closed off to the public a few hours before the ceremony, so there will be plenty of parking. The lot entrance/exit is on W Laurel St. and if you put "Tampa River Center" in your GPS, it will take you to this parking lot.

Is it open bar?

Answer

Yes! Beer, wine, and liquor will all be free.

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

Food stations will be set up around the reception room. There will be salads, pastas, a coffee rubbed brisket (Duke's favorite), grilled vegetables, bread rolls, and a Mexican Grill station (Kelsey's favorite).

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather varies a lot in early February. Expect 60s - 80s during the day and 40s - 60s at night. Rain would be unexpected this time of year.
