To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on the invite. Kindly RSVP before Tuesday, January 2nd 2026. We will be anxiously waiting for your response and look forward to celebrating with you!
If you know for sure you won’t be able to attend please RSVP “not attending” as soon as possible. If you don't RSVP by the 2nd January 2026 you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This means you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food or drinks for you).
You will be missed! If you cannot attend please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "attending", but find that you will not make it, please change your status to "not attending" in the RSVP tab or contact Kelsey as soon as you are aware.
The Ceremony will start promptly at 4:00PM. Please plan to arrive at 3:30 to ensure you get to your seat in time for the Ceremony.
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us. We request a semi-formal dress code inspired by the browns of the bush. Please see dress code section for more in-depth information & ideas.
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "Your name & guest" if a plus one has been given to you.
Kids are more than welcome. There will be nannies present from 20:00 to supervise any children in a quiet area separate from the venue where they will have beds laid out, movies playing, games etc.
There is no security guard, the gate system is online. So we open the gate when you arrive. Please phone us when at the gate. (0639768200) Enter and go STRAIGHT for 1.5km until you reach a silver sign board that says LODGE at the top. Follow arrows that show left or right You will reach a wooden sign with an arrow. Follow the road that you are on till you see the back side of the wedding venue. Go past the venue until you reach the entrance that says _welcome to Maroelani lodge_
The ceremony will be held outdoors, The cocktail hour and reception will have both indoor and outdoor facilities
Our wedding ceremony will be an unplugged occasion. We kindly ask that you be present with us and do not have your phones and cameras out at the ceremony. We have professional photographers and videographer to capture all the special moments and will be excited to share the the photos with you. Taking photos at cocktail hour and reception are highly encouraged.
